Are you a rising senior currently conducting research or writing your thesis? Join an Undergraduate Writing Group facilitated by the Northwestern Writing Place. Groups will convene weekly for four sessions during winter quarter (early February-early March) for 1.5 hours with 3-6 peers and one Writing Place Consultant. Groups will operate on a combination of two structures. Some sessions will be spent giving students time to set goals, brainstorm, write on their own, and meet briefly with a tutor. Other sessions will be more revision-focused where students come prepared with two pages of writing and will have the opportunity to share their writing with the whole group and receive feedback.
