The Center for Communication & Public Policy has the following positions open for remote work. These positions are available for both work-study and non-work study students.  

CCPP Research Assistant

The Center for Communication & Public Policy within the School of Communication is seeking a research assistant to work with faculty and graduate students on COVID-19 and election misinformation research projects. Tasks include: literature review, data coding, data analysis, writing reports and research briefs for online publication, and assisting faculty and graduate student researchers. Proficiency in SPSS, R, and/or Python and completion of statistics courses preferred.  Open to both non-work study and work study students. CCPP Strategic Communication Assistant / WordPress Website Manager

The Center for Communication & Public Policy within the School of Communication is seeking a strategic communication and engagement assistant to create content for its WordPress website, social media, online newsletters and promote its COVID-19 and election research. The assistant will manage the center’s WordPress website, social media pages, and newsletter. Written content will include: press releases for the Center, researcher and current affiliate profiles, brief summaries of research articles and reports, and more.  Profeciency with WordPress highly desired.  Open to both non-work study and work study students. CCPP Visual/Infographic Designer 

The Center for Communication & Public Policy (CCPP) within the School of Communication is seeking a visual/graphic designer who can design info-graphics and images for online publication and dissemination in public-facing reports, the CCPP website, and CCPP social media pages associated with its COVID-19 and election research. The designer will work collaboratively with CCPP faculty and graduate students to create effective visuals and infographics that communicate CCPP research to diverse non-academic audience. Open to both non-work study and work study students.
